Meet the Manager’s
Emma Sculfor – Little Crickets Forest School
Emma is the Forest School Manager at Little Crickets Forest School. Emma is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator.
She has been part of the Little Crickets team since its opening in December 2023 and stepped into the Manager role in April 2025. Her qualifications include Level 3 CACHE Early Years Workforce, SENDCo training, Paediatric First Aid and Safer Recruitment certification.
Outside of Forest School, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and wider family, exploring Bournemouth’s beaches and woodland areas. A keen baker, she is well‑known among friends and family for her homemade birthday cakes - and even the occasional nappy cake!
Rebecca Mellowes – Park School Nursery
Miss Mellowes is the Nursery Manager and SENCo. She has been the manager for almost 18 years and opened the Nursery at Park in 2008. Miss Mellowes holds a BA Hons in Primary Education and specialised in Early Years. She also holds the National Award for SEN Coordination.
Miss Mellowes loves to run in her spare time and has previously taken part in the London Marathon. Miss Mellowes enjoys seeing the children learn and develop through the rooms in the nursery.
